About Jeff

Jeff Coe doesn’t consider himself just a realtor, but a Hospitality Enthusiast who has expanded his services to include property acquisition, sales and development as part of the full experience he provides to his clients. Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Jeff is a firm believer in “Faith First” and lives by the principle of finding solutions through determination and executing with quiet confidence. Guided by his core philosophy, “treat clients like family, and they’ll never leave you,” Jeff has consistently upheld this standard throughout his decade-long career as a VIP specialist in Client Development and Experience Creation for premier hospitality groups in luxury markets such as Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Miami.

In 2019, Jeff’s trusted reputation led him into real estate when he was privately contracted by a client to assist with property management and acquisitions in Florida and Colorado, marking the beginning of his journey in the industry. In 2022, Jeff felt a calling to reunite with his mentor of 21 years, the late David Yun, a renowned billion-dollar producer and developer in Santa Monica, CA. Under David’s guidance, Jeff seamlessly integrated his hospitality expertise and transitioned fully into real estate, specializing in luxury residential homes, new construction, and investment opportunities in West LA with The Eighty8 Group (Compass Santa Monica). His ability to anticipate challenges before they arise and pinpoint exactly what his clients are searching for, while skillfully managing their emotions under pressure, has been rigorously tested in high-stakes environments, further solidifying his expertise and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.

In July 2023, tragedy struck when Jeff and David were involved in a car accident that claimed David’s life. Leaning on God, Jeff returned to the east coast, settling in West Palm Beach, finding solace and strength among family and friends. Committed to carrying forward their shared vision, he now focuses on educating clients and guiding them in investing in Palm Beach County to build a more comfortable life here.

After having the privilege of living in various cities across the country, Jeff’s confident that this is the place to be. Now with The Costello and Deitz Group, Jeff looks to continue blending his hospitality background with the invaluable knowledge and “code” instilled in him by David Yun. Outside of real estate, Jeff continues to curate exclusive VIP experiences for a select group of clients and events. He enjoys cooking for friends and family, relaxing on the beach, freediving, staying active in the Faith-based community and building meaningful relationships every step of the way.
