I represent residential properties throughout Ventura & Los Angeles Counties, from the San Fernando Valley west to Ventura and Simi Valley.  As of 2023, I have over 40 years of sales & management experience in the marketing, leasing and property management of single family homes. A Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, I feel that it is important to maintain a competitive edge by consistently learning new strategies for marketing and staying current with the legal aspects of our industry. Prior to joining Compass I was the branch manager for 3 of the area’s leading Ventura County brokerage offices with over 100 sales associates & staff. During my management years I was given corporate honors for "Most Improved Profit" and "Highest Per-Person Production" of any office in Southern California.

I have committed years of service on numerous Realtor association committees & was involved with many internal training, promotional & legal support issues. This experience enables me to offer the most complete service & guidance possible to my clients on every transaction.

On the personal side, I am an auto enthusiast that is involved with the growing car community and I'm also a dog lover and you might run into me at the Westlake Dog Park with my Labrador Retriever named Kirby.
