Jeff is a licensed REALTOR® representing sellers and buyers throughout Central Texas. He works with Daniel Hill. Rachel Scherr-Hill, and his wife Lisa Hill.
Jeff was born to do real estate and is an integral part of the Hill Team, adding his years of experience in real estate and 25 years of previous sales & marketing. Jeff was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. But now he just says he’s from Austin since he’s been here since 1974! He has been part of Austin’s growth and watched it evolve over 40+ years. Jeff received his Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas and decided Austin was the place for him.
After completing a degree in Marketing from UT, Jeff worked in the wine industry for over 25 years. Jeff worked in all areas of marketing, sales, and distribution. He traveled extensively around the world and worked and met all kinds of people. He decided in 2012 to jump into the real estate business, joining Lisa's success and growth, and has never looked back. In Jeff's first year, he won Realty Austin’s Rising Star Award. Jeff is a people person and enjoys working with all types of folks. Jeff believes it is critical to build long-lasting relationships with clients. His many years in sales make him a skilled communicator, creative problem solver, and winning negotiator.
