About Jeff
Jeff Kelly has been a driving force in Darien real estate for nearly 20 years. A third-generation native of Darien, Jeff guided the impressive growth of the Kelly Associates Real Estate brokerage, which, prior to that company’s sale, had been the #1 brokerage in Darien for decades. Jeff’s professional journey has been a testament to his enthusiasm for both the real estate business and his hometown.
Before venturing into the world of real estate, Jeff enjoyed a thriving career as an attorney, first specializing in mergers and acquisitions and later serving as a VP of the Private Client Group at top financial advisory firm Lazard Freres in New York City. Jeff then brought his business savvy to the real estate business in 2005 when he took the reins of Kelly Associates, founded by his father in 1990. Under Jeff’s guidance, the firm maintained its #1 rank in Darien and reached new heights of success by expanding into neighboring markets. He then sold the company to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2017, where it became part of its Houlihan Lawrence brand.
