Jeff Lipton

Jeff Lipton is a real estate strategist, operator, and marketing expert based in Berkeley, California. As the business lead supporting his wife, Megan Micco—a top producing East Bay Broker Associate and nationally recognized thought leader—Jeff drives growth, marketing, finance, and operations for one of the region's most respected real estate practices.

Born in San Francisco and raised in Berkeley, Jeff is a proud graduate of Berkeley public schools. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, before returning to the Bay Area to complete his MBA at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Over three decades, Jeff has led ventures across music production, digital media, and natural resource management, developing deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, scalable systems, and brand storytelling. He brings this multidisciplinary experience to real estate with a focus on data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and client-centered service.

Since joining Megan's practice full-time in 2020, Jeff has transformed operations through marketing automation, brand development, and strategic process optimization. From crafting insightful market analysis to building sophisticated property calculators and seamless CRM workflows, he ensures every client interaction is personalized, relevant, and timely. His work spans content strategy, financial modeling, technology integration, and creating seamless client journeys from first contact to closing.

Outside of work, Jeff is passionate about health, longevity, cycling, and community-building. He serves on the board of TribeOne, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing social health and belonging, and volunteers with incarcerated individuals through Defy Ventures.

As a husband-and-wife team, Jeff and Megan have raised two children and built a business grounded in trust, integrity, and long-term relationships.
