Jeff Lipton

Jeff Lipton is a real estate strategist, operator, and marketing expert based in Berkeley, California. As the business lead behind his wife, Megan Micco - a Top 1% East Bay agent and nationally recognized thought leader - Jeff drives growth, marketing, finance, and operations for one of the region’s most respected real estate practices.

Born in San Francisco and raised in Berkeley, Jeff is a proud graduate of the Berkeley public schools. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, before returning to the Bay Area to complete his MBA at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.

Over the past three decades, Jeff has led ventures across music production, digital media, and natural resource management, and is known for his expertise in go-to-market strategy, scalable systems, and brand storytelling. He brings this experience to the real estate world with a focus on data-driven decision-making, client-centered service, and operational excellence - from automated CRM workflows to seamless client experiences.

Jeff joined the real estate business in 2020, during the uncertainty of the global pandemic, and quickly scaled the team’s operations through data-driven decision-making, brand development, and marketing automation. Whether he’s crafting insightful blog content on interest rate trends, building scalable workflows in HubSpot, or refining the client journey from first contact to closing, Jeff brings precision and purpose to every aspect of the business.

Outside of work, Jeff is passionate about health, longevity, cycling, travel, and community-building. He serves on the board of TribeOne, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing social health and belonging.
