We've gotten close a couple of times, but it is a seller's market, and every time we thought we had something, it fell apart. One day, I was looking at a Compass page and put in my information, and that is all it took. Jeff found me and pursued a relationship. He was different than other realtors in that he did not bug me but always checked in every so often to ask if we had found anything yet, if we were still looking, etc. Jeff managed to find a couple of properties that we hadn't seen. "After 28-years of living in Pasadena, Texas, my husband and I decided that it was time to move away from the noise, the crowds, the humidity, and the annual threat of hurricanes that encompassed living in the Houston area.
