"If I could give more stars than 5, I absolutely would! Jeff Sehon is the realtor you want to work with. To give a brief timeline of my experience with Jeff, I began looking to seriously look at/purchase a home on February 5th. I created an account on RealtyAustin.com and within minutes of creating the account, I received a text message from Jeff introducing himself and answering questions I had right away. He connected me with a very reputable Mortgage Loan Originator, Frank Capparelli, who got back to me the next day, Monday, Feb 6th. Jeff recommended that I look at the site and share any houses I'm interested in seeing in person. Through 2/5-2/10 I had a list of about 10-15 houses I was interested in, and Jeff shared some context on each house to minimize the list to homes I would tour. I viewed 4 houses on Saturday, Feb 11th, fell in love with a home, and Jeff drafted an offer letter on Superbowl Sunday, 2/12. The offer was accepted after some slight negotiations between Jeff and the Seller's agent the following day, and as of Friday, March 3rd, I am a homeowner. Jeff is an extremely knowledgeable and resourceful realtor. Any questions I had for him, he had an answer for, and all of his recommendations for things like mortgage lender/loan originator, home inspector, insurance providers, home warranty providers, etc. The list goes on and on, and I can't speak more highly of Jeff's work in this review alone." - Michael G.
