"Jeff represented us for both a purchase (Arlington) and a sale (Somerville), and was great on both sides of the table because he knows the area well, he does his homework on the property and other agents involved, and he is a responsive communicator. Our purchase and sale both took place during the Covid pandemic, and so we also saw Jeff's ability to balance safety and improvisation (e.g. leaning heavily on virtual tours and no open houses) to get the right deals in place.
