"Selling and buying a home can be a very stressful process. Choosing the right Broker can make that process so much easier. I listed my home for sale with Jeff in September. We had our first open house September 14th. We accepted an over asking offer and went into contract on September 19th. After several months of waiting for the buyer to get funding the deal fell through as the buyer falsified information on his bank application. We went back on the market the end of December and had an open house on the 27th. Once again a full price offer was accepted and we entered in to contract and closed in February.
