"Jeff was professional from the outset. He continued to be totally professional throughout a long, arduous two-year + process of selling a house and its lot caught in a partnership that couldn't be easily divided or quickly dissolved. The process got delayed and complicated because the two lots in the partnership contained multiple buildings with encroachment issues. This required a new survey, new plat drawings with new property lines, plus a new fence dividing the newly platted lots. On top of that, city filings and approvals had to give. Jeff acted as our point-man to set up, monitor, and accomplish each of the steps above in the very tedious, drawn-out processes. There is no doubt, he was critical to our getting the job done and the property sold. We are not located in the Austin area as we have been living in California since 1977, so we fortunate a capable agent like Jeff was our point-man. Once the property was fully resolved and available to sell, Jeff acted swiftly, getting the house listed and sold very quickly, literally within weeks.
