My fiancé and I were both first time home buyers, house hunting from a different state, and the expected stress around this experience was immediately squashed when we got on the phone with him. When you first meet Jeff, his amazing energy and warmth is immediately known. Within 20 seconds of meeting him, I knew he was the right person for the job. He talks to you like he’s known you for years, and was extremely patient with us—always making us feel like we were his only clients. The housing market is crazy but Jeff kept us sane and always reassured us. Jeff’s middle name is probably “Determined”, “Relentless” or “Perseverant”. Sometimes I’d get frustrated with myself, feeling like I was taking too long to get a house, but Jeff was SO SO patient, and always encouraged us to keep looking if something didn’t feel or look right. If we made an offer on a house, Jeff fought tooth and nail for us. He was on it like white on rice! He TRULY had our best interests at heart, and that is an incredible feeling. Jeff and Cassidy did find us the exact home we were looking for, and they really took care of us in the negotiations, home inspection, closing, and all the in-between stuff you don’t think or know about as a first time home buyer.
