"Jen sat with us and made a clear up-front plan for all components of the selling process so that we could know exactly what to expect and when to do things (including listing strategy [price and timing], house prep and showing, and coordination with new house construction). She is super responsive, always answering any questions within a couple hours if not immediately. Her assistant(s) helped us take care of all required paperwork... we never had to worry about missing anything. She is very connected with service providers and knows what issues to head off to avoid any potential roadblocks to keep on schedule; through her connections, we were able to get a prompt furnace inspection (with some additional fixes, including a code-compliance modification) at a very reasonable price. Jen ended up representing our ultimate buyer and ensured someone else in her office handled offers to avoid any ethics issues. Very professional. "Jen is hands down the BEST!! We were so lucky to have her by our side throughout this entire process! She was both our listing agent for the house we sold as well as our agent for the home we purchased.

To put it lightly, we ran into several unexpected stumbling blocks throughout the process and thanks to Jen's guidance, support, professionalism, and knowledge we were able to work through these obstacles. Jen is nothing short of an expert in her field and the best at what she does. She was always very responsive to e-mails, phone calls and texts. She is also a very skilled problem-solver. She finds a way to get things done and is determined to always do what is right and in the best interest for her client. One HUGE setback in our home buying process was with our original lender- a credit union which I had been a member of for over 20 years. We had purchased two previous homes through this lender, refinanced a home with them, and had also used this lender for credit cards, as well as automobile financing in the past. Our credit history with this lender was exceptional as well. Due to a recent and unexpected change in my husband's employment, our lender's underwriter ended up rejecting the application. However, by the time the lender informed me of this decision we were within days of the deadline for the financing contingency of the house we were purchasing. Once we received this news, my husband and I were in panic mode as we were only days away from closing on the current home we were selling. Jen was empathetic of the situation and gave my husband and I just enough time to "freak out" before she took complete control of the situation. She was matter-of-fact and discussed our options with us and then went to work to make things happen. Her network of professionals that she works closely with is nothing short of amazing. She reached out to a lender that she knew that evening and this lender contacted me at 8:30pm that night. Both Jen, the lender, and myself collaborated closely on what needed to get done and by nothing short of a miracle (aka "Jen") we were approved by the new lender in LESS THAN TWO WEEKS FROM START TO FINISH and we ended up closing on our new house the day before Thanksgiving. So, even with the craziness of the holidays and the fact that Jen was leaving the day after Thanksgiving to go on a vacation with her family, she worked tirelessly throughout the entire process always looking out for our best interest. I can't recommend Jen enough. We absolutely loved her. She was amazing to work with and as a bonus she has an incredible personality which made even the stressful times enjoyable and laughable!!"

"I was looking to buy my first home and was unfamiliar with the process, so I put in inquiry requests on a bunch of homes I liked. Within 5 minutes I got a call from Jennifer. She walked me through the process, recommending that I use a buyer's agent. She told me I should interview a bunch of different agents before choosing one, but after 30 minutes of speaking with her I decided to just hire her as my agent. I consider myself a good judge of character and I could immediately tell she was honest, which is one of the main things I wanted from my realtor. We must have seen over 30 houses throughout the process. We literally checked out houses every weekend for several months. I told Jennifer my apartment lease had another 11 months on it, so I just wanted to get a sense of the market before buying. She never complained once, and was always available to show us houses, knowing that she might show us every house in Pittsburgh before we purchased one, and the purchase might not occur for a year. She was extremely knowledgeable of all the neighborhoods we looked at. She always gave us honest opinions regarding the price...most times she told us the house was over-priced (even though she has an economic incentive to get us to buy a house as quickly and expensively as possible), which I appreciated (she is an extremely honest person; a quality I value tremendously). Eventually she found us the house of our dreams, and helped us throughout the entire closing process, which was important given this was my first home purchase. She helped us negotiate down the price, and I feel we got a great bargain. I don't often write comments on websites, but she did such a good job that I feel obligated to repay the favor.
