Jen Garcia

With seven years of experience in real estate, I am passionate about helping people
feel confident, informed, and comfortable throughout one of the biggest decisions they
will make. My goal is not only to help my clients buy or sell a property, but to educate
and guide them through every step of the process so they always feel supported and
prepared.

I especially love helping first-time homebuyers turn what can feel like an overwhelming
process into an exciting and achievable dream. There is nothing more rewarding than
helping someone get the keys to a home they have dreamed of owning.
My experience in real estate is diverse, with transactions involving vacant lots,
investment properties, multi-unit properties, condos, townhomes, villas, and
single-family homes. I am also a real estate investor myself, which gives me a unique
perspective when working with clients interested in building wealth through real estate. I
enjoy helping investors run the numbers, evaluate potential properties, understand
expenses and returns, and determine whether an investment makes sense for their
goals. My hands-on experience as both an agent and an investor allows me to bring
practical, real-world insight to the table.

Before becoming a full-time real estate professional, I worked as a speech-language
pathologist. While I no longer practice, that experience continues to shape the way I
work with my clients. Communication, patience, education, and truly listening to
people's needs are at the heart of what I do.

Outside of real estate, I am a wife and mom to two young children, Sophia and AJ. My
family and I love spending time at the beach, swimming in the pool, visiting parks, going
for walks, and taking our dogs to the dog park. My Christian faith is also an important
part of my life, and I am grateful for the opportunity to serve others through both my
personal life and my career.
