Jen Larson

Jen’s passion for real estate not only stems from her love of homes but also from an interest in consumer behavior. Her enthusiasm for the latter initially led her to launch a sales and marketing career, where she became an expert in client service and negotiation for major brands like Clorox, Unilever, Diageo, and Ghirardelli. When Jen realized that the real estate industry was where she wanted to be, she knew that the acumen and skills she had developed as a marketing professional would serve her well there. 

Jen is driven to help others experience the same sense of reward and accomplishment she had when she bought her first home. Her client achievements have been recognized widely, including ranking in the top one percent of agents at her previous real estate company. Jen established the Arrive Real Estate Group in 2019, and she and her team were named as one of the top 200 real estate teams in the U.S. by The Wall Street Journal. She is grateful to lead other Realtors in their quest to serve their clients, and Arrive Real Estate Group has been named to the RealTrends list, which ranks only the top 1,000 residential real estate agents and teams in the United States, for the past 5 years consecutively. Jen is passionate about ensuring her clients have a great experience in their home-selling and buying adventures. She strives not only to exceed expectations but also have a lot of fun in the process. She often finds she’s made lifelong friends with her clients. When life takes Jen's clients to other locations, Jen enjoys connecting them to other amazing real estate professionals so that they get the same level of service in areas outside of the East Bay. 

In Jen’s spare time, she enjoys being involved in her San Ramon Valley community. She volunteers and sponsors at the schools her children attended, as well as their many school and club sports. When she's not helping her clients achieve their home goals, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new places, being outdoors, drinking wine, and listening to a good true crime podcast! And now that two of her three children no longer live at home, she's been enjoying starting to travel with them.
