Jennifer Rafter

Jen has been involved in real estate since she purchased her first home in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver in 2006. For buyers, her passion is finding the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood. For sellers, she uses a data driven, collaborative approach to pre-market preparation and strategic pricing, enabling a successful sale at a maximized price.

In addition to her passion and experience in real estate, Jen has 15 years of experience working as a nurse and nurse practitioner. Serving at the Children's Hospital in pediatric cardiology provided her with the confidence to navigate challenging and complex situations, during times of vulnerability and stress, as well as the unique ability to cater to the needs of her clients.

Jen is originally from Cape Elizabeth, Maine and lives with her husband, two young boys and their golden retriever. She loves to spend her free time outside hiking, biking and running on the trails by her home in Solterra.
