About Jen Vest 

Originally from the Kansas City suburbs and an alum of Boston University, Jen previously resided in Boston, London and New York then made Chicago home in 2013.  Prior to real estate, Jen spent a decade at marketing agencies in account management for global brands and entrepreneurial startups.  

Over the years, Jen’s passion for real estate has manifest in a variety of ways.  She is a former host of a national TV show highlighting Chicago neighborhoods, celebrating local businesses and featuring real estate listings.  She led the US sales campaign for SATORI, a new construction development of vacation rentals located in Tulum’s Region 15. And in Chicago, she is an active real estate investor with a multi-unit property in Edgewater, and a passion for renovation and construction flip projects.

Jen’s clients value her personal touch, hard work, and positive, realistic approach. When working with buyers, Jen offers an educational, no-rush search process and carries a strong track record successfully navigating multiple offer bids.  Representing sellers, Jen enjoys exercising her brand marketing background to strategically create buyer demand, helping homeowners achieve their strongest sales price. Jen is a fierce advocate for the financial advantages of homeownership.

When not working, Jen loves dining out, traveling internationally, watching indie films, and planning really, really large multi-course dinner parties.
