A Maryland native born in Baltimore, Ilana returned to the DC area more than two decades ago and chose Bethesda as the place to raise her family. Her strong community ties and firsthand knowledge of local neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle make her a valuable resource for both longtime residents and families relocating to the area.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Ilana worked as a Financial Analyst at The Coca-Cola Company and Turner Broadcasting System. Her background in finance gives her clients an important advantage when evaluating market data, pricing homes strategically, and navigating negotiations. She combines analytical insight with a practical understanding of what buyers are looking for in today’s market.

Ilana earned her BBA in Finance from Emory University. She lives in Bethesda with her husband Marc, their three sons, and their two Goldendoodles. Outside of real estate, she enjoys cooking, exercising, exploring local restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
