About Jenifer

Real estate has always been close to my heart. Growing up in Mundelein, Illinois, and in a family deeply rooted in the industry, I developed an appreciation for homes, design, and the importance of finding a place where life’s best memories are made. With family experience spanning interior design, contracting, and real estate, it feels natural that I found my way into this rewarding business.

Having grown up in the area, I have a genuine connection to the communities I serve throughout Lake and McHenry counties. These are more than just markets to me; they are the communities I know and love. I understand the value of local knowledge when it comes to finding the right neighborhood, navigating the buying or selling process, and helping clients feel confident about their decisions.

Before pursuing real estate full-time, I spent 13 years as a nail technician in the Libertyville area and more than 10 years helping run our family business. Both experiences shaped the way I work today. They taught me that building relationships starts with listening, earning trust, and genuinely caring about the people you work with. They also strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills—qualities I bring to every real estate transaction.

For me, real estate is about so much more than buying and selling houses. It’s about people, their goals, and the next chapter of their lives. Whether you’re purchasing your first home, looking for more space, downsizing, investing, or preparing to sell, I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner who truly understands your needs. I believe in being approachable, honest, detail-oriented, and proactive, while keeping you informed and supported every step of the way. My goal is to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible and to build a relationship that lasts long after closing day.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll most likely find me at the hockey rink cheering on my 16-year-old son, Anthony, who plays high school hockey at Carmel Catholic. Watching him pursue his passion for hockey is one of my greatest joys! Outside of real estate, I enjoy staying active and working out, golfing, going to concerts, and spending time on the water boating.

Family is at the center of my world, and I cherish spending time with Cody, Anthony, Scarlett, and the rest of my family. From cheering Anthony on at the hockey rink to golfing, boating, and enjoying time outdoors, I love making memories with my family. Florida holds a special place in my heart, as it’s home to more of my family and a place where we love spending time together. Our home is also filled with the love, personality, and companionship of our three dogs: Marley, Bauer, and Pennelope. For me, it’s those special moments, both big and small, that make life meaningful.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have built a career that combines my love of people, my connection to the community, and my passion for real estate. My goal is to be more than just your realtor. I want to be a trusted resource, a strong advocate, and someone you feel comfortable calling with questions, big decisions, or even just a little advice.
