“When I first met Jenn & Dave it was at a time in my life where parts of my world were upside down! Now to say that with still being positive is an understatement. I can be very challenging as a customer and I definitely know that but I’m honest and upfront about that! They took me anyway with the understanding that admitting faults is a strength and everyone needs a helping hand when faced with bigger challenges ahead! I from my very first purchase of a home ever ….. found a friendship that made more my home full of a life worthy of living. I have spent 22 years serving my country proudly, honorably and humbly, hard headed to ask for help even when truly needed with what seems like a fighting battles in unfair situations all along the way in having to prove just that on a daily basis. They never doubted my decisions even if they weren’t in agreement on them, they understood my side of things and they supported my needs without knowing “the whole situation” they trusted in my choices even when they may not have made sense at the time without pressure or pushing and to this day because of that I trust them wholeheartedly! They have proven to be more then someone who just wants to sell you a product and have provided more than just a product the company has to offer in more ways than one! Coming from someone who always asks people to “hear what you don’t see” and often feels invisible to most they have always made me feel seen and most importantly valued to be a person who matters to someone! Kind words and not giving up on difficult people goes a long way in the importance of understanding how they may never have known at the time they met them it changed the whole narrative in life which had just become starting to change their lives for the better in a way of giving them a glimpse of hope that brighter days were coming and not everyone gives up on you when it becomes tough to deal with the unexpected reality of others. Jenn & Dave through my eyes taught me that there are people outside of the military channels who don’t give up that fight within because they see the human in each person they work with and that there are people who are willing to fight next to you without even really knowing you, to make change for the better and if they can find a way to do something in support of that they will, once they know you they don’t stop fighting next to you! To this day they still have my back in any way needed without question! They still fight next to me in battles that aren’t for their own gain except for giving compassion and kindness for those of us who value it the most when it is much needed!
