“Jennie got this listing with a cold call. She was partly just the right approach and partly extremely fortunate timing. I was very frustrated with what I felt was continual harassment from my HOA. With the market as strong as it looked, I was warming up to consider a sale of my investment property even though I still have no idea what to do next. Several other relators were also approaching at the same time, like sharks in the water. Jennie was a nice balance of pleasant, no nonsense, informed and most importantly local. Jennie dealt with everything, photos, staging, the tenant, communication with everyone, the HOA, documents, disclosures, you name it, all the way down to the SDG&E tech coming to turn the gas back on after termite fumigation.
