Jennie Pastor

Jennie is 'The Relocation Queen'. She bought her first property aged 23 and has been moving, buying, building, renting and selling ever since! She has moved 10 times since 2010, including an international move and two cross-country moves. She has purchased a 'tear-down' and built a new home in its place, has owned numerous investment properties as well as been a tenant and landlord multiple times. Whether you are moving across town, across the country or across the world, Jennie brings her unique insight and extensive personal experience to help her clients successfully navigate real estate transactions by demystifying the process and helping them achieve their goals as smoothly as possible.

Originally from the UK, Jennie met her husband Brian in the early 2000's in London. Jennie's early career was in corporate sales in the technology sector where she headed up sales for the UK reseller partner division for DELL with annual sales in excess of $50m. In 2011 the Pastors relocated to Greenwich, Connecticut where they lived with their three children for seven years before relocating to Winnetka Illinois in 2018 where they lived for 5 years before relocating again to Rye New York in 2023. Since getting her real estate license Jennie has worked on over $70m in transactions.  Jennie joined the Kim Arenas Team in 2023.  The Kim Arenas Team are #1 team in Rye City School District in sales volume and the #10 team in all of Westchester County for 2023.

Jennie is always very active in the communities in which she lives. Currently she is on the executive board of the local elementary school PTO as well as on the executive board of The Rye Fund for Education. In 2019 Jennie co-founded "Pitch Your Peers Chicago," a women's collaborative grant-funding non-profit focused on championing and funding local community causes that awarded over $150k in grants to local non-profits during Jennie's tenure. Jennie hopes to bring the organization to Rye in the near future!
