Jennifer was raised in the Los Feliz hills beneath the Griffith Park Observatory, where she watched her attorney parents employ real estate not merely as an investment vehicle, but as a thoughtful strategy for building generational wealth and designing a life well lived. From an early age, she witnessed firsthand the discipline, patience, and vision required to acquire, steward, and evolve a diverse property portfolio.
Over the course of her upbringing, Jennifer observed more than forty residential real estate transactions unfold across California, Washington, and Hawaii. She absorbed the intricacies of 1031 exchanges, joint ownership structures, strategic repositioning, partial remodels, and ground-up construction projects. She learned how timing, negotiation, tax strategy, and long-term planning converge to shape not only financial outcomes, but lifestyles. This rare, immersive education cultivated in her a sophisticated understanding of deal flow—from acquisition through stabilization, renovation, leasing, and resale.
In her twenties, Jennifer stepped into an active management role, overseeing properties on behalf of her family ranging from West Hollywood duplexes to luxury vacation homes in Malibu. Working with tenants, vendors, contractors, and brokers, she developed a hands-on fluency in operations, value-add improvements, and the nuances of maintaining high-performing assets across asset classes—from month-to-month multifamily rentals to long-term luxury investment holdings.
Building on this foundation, Jennifer became a sales agent in her own right, spending her first year apprenticing under Chris Cortazzo and his team in Malibu. There, she refined her expertise in the high-end coastal market, sharpening her skills in negotiation, client advocacy, and the discreet handling of premier properties.
Jennifer is embarking on an exciting new chapter in 2026—establishing her own real estate business, grounded in decades of lived experience and a deep understanding of how real estate can serve both financial prosperity and personal fulfillment.
