Jennifer Chino is an Annapolis real estate agent and the Founder of Anchored Home Annapolis at Compass. She and her team guide buyers and sellers through some of Anne Arundel County’s most distinctive homes, from the historic streets of Downtown Annapolis to waterfront property on the Severn River.
Jennifer grew up in Annapolis in an Air Force family. She likes to say she’s an Air Force brat in a Navy town. That upbringing shapes how she works: she understands what a move asks of people, and she knows this town street by street. She started in real estate in 2005 after selling her own home and seeing how much better the process could be with a client-first approach.
Today, Jennifer and her team (Ashley Earle, Angela Hays and Whitney Jerdal) focus on luxury and waterfront homes in Annapolis and nearby communities: Eastport and the Spa Creek waterfront (21403), the Historic District and Admiral Heights (21401), the Severn River side of Annapolis (21409), Edgewater (21037), Crownsville (21032), Davidsonville (21035) and Severna Park (21146).
