Meet Jennifer DeLaurentis! Owner and Principal of The DeLaurentis Team at Compass. A Fairfield CT native for over 25 years, Jennifer understands the nuances of the Fairfield County real estate market. Using a consultative approach, Jennifer listens, educates, and empowers her clients when buying or selling real estate. Jennifer utilizes her extensive media experience to reach home buyers and sellers both on and offline. Jennifer utilizes local market data and experiential knowledge to provide the most valuable insights to her clients. Before real estate, Jennifer worked in corporate marketing for nearly ten years. She established long-term relationships while creating promotional campaigns for national and global Fortune 500 companies.

Her fresh new approach to selling homes at the highest level has proven successful. With a great eye for design and knowledge of today’s interior trends, Jennifer can help her clients get their homes market-ready, knowing what sells in today’s dynamic market. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, achieving a medal of excellence in marketing. In addition, she serves as 2024 President of the Greater Fairfield Board of Realtors®. She has been honored with the esteemed Yvette MacDonald award for Spirit of Cooperation, Civic and Board Activity, and Business Achievements as well as a HOBI (Home Builder Industry) Award for Best Marketed New Home. Jennifer also manages a portfolio of investment properties in Fairfield.

She resides in Fairfield with her husband Eric, and their two children. She is actively involved in her community and her children’s school.
