Jennifer Felts

Jennifer was born in Azle, a small town in North Texas. She grew up in the Mid-Cities area, between Dallas and Fort Worth. An adventure seeker at heart, she spent several years living in various states but ultimately landed in her heart of hearts, Dallas. Here, she witnessed tremendous change and dynamic growth that continues to make DFW an exciting and highly sought-after destination.

Bringing over 20 years of experience in hospitality and sales, Jennifer is well-versed in building trusted relationships that last well beyond the end of a transaction. She brings her clients the same level of attention to detail she exhibited when studying interior design. The skills and experience she gained earning her degree in Human Resources are apparent as she advocates for all her clients while staying in constant communication. Jennifer has mastered the art of customer relations, contract negotiations, pricing, and legal issues and is a proficient problem solver.

When Jennifer isn't helping her clients buy, sell, and invest, she enjoys traveling alongside her spouse with their small poodle, Julia, trying new restaurants and devoting time to local community service.
