"I had high expectations of Jennifer's service ... and she exceeded them on all counts. We were selling an investment property in an area that we had hoped would improve over time but that had actually gone somewhat downhill. We decided to sell just when the market for sales was slowing WAY down. Jennifer helped us figure out how to shorten our time to market. She helped us throughout the process, connecting us with contractors, landscapers, etc. as needed to get the house updated, inspected, staged, and ready to sell. When we had some mishaps (a thief broke in and stole some of the staging items!) she was on the scene with items from her own home so that we could still hold an open house that day.
