About Jennifer
Thereā€™s a reason Jennifer Halm has been named by the Washingtonian, DC Luxury Magazine,  Northern Virginia Magazine and Virginia Living Magazine as one of the regionā€™s top Realtors.  After 30 ears in the business, she continues to embrace change as the industry has moved rapidly from print ads to social media and digital marketing: using digital ads among her many tools to promote clientsā€™ propertiesā€”everything from condos to multi-million-dollar estates.

Jenniferā€™s real estate career began 30 plus years ago after she moved to Northern Virginia, first in the mortgage lending industry then in sales for a prominent, local luxury homebuilder before moving on to residential resale. As a result, sheā€™s seen all sides of a transaction, from positioning a home for the market to finalizing the sale.

One might say that Jennifer was forced negotiate from an early ageā€”as the youngest of 11 siblings, the Dallas native had no other choice if she wanted hold her own in a large household.
