Jennifer is a highly capable and compassionate professional with a passion for leadership and helping others. After serving her country for over 8 years in the USAF, she settled in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2008 and earned a bachelor's degree in business management, while raising her family in the SF East Bay. With over 12 years of experience in real estate as both a buyer, seller, investor, and REALTOR®, Jennifer has developed a deep understanding of the industry, and honed her craft as a REALTOR® for the past 8 years.

Her military background equipped her with valuable skills in creating systems, training, and managing, which she has successfully translated into real estate. It also equipped her with the skills of tenacity, perseverance, and determination to give her best, as she strives to live up to her core values of Integrity, Service, and Excellence.

Jennifer serves as the founder and team leader of the Genuine Home Experts Team at Compass, providing individualized guidance and support to help her team achieve their goals. She also continues to be a mentor and coach to other agents in the industry, sharing her knowledge and insights to help them succeed, while establishing relationships to leverage during negotiations.
