Jennifer Kaminski

Meet Jennifer, a native New Yorker, whose career has been centered on interior architecture and real estate. She attended the internationally renowned Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) and has worked with industry giants like Clive Wilkinson and Stephen Simon.

As a former Creative Director in the luxury market world (Burberry, Jaguar, Estée Lauder) Jennifer has worked among influential decision makers for over two decades. She has the inside knowledge and wherewithal to deliver a sophisticated and informed buying experience. Her networking skills only add to her value as an insider in the real estate market.

Jennifer’s affable nature, tireless work ethic, grit and extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods of NYC makes her a go-to for anyone looking for a residence to call home or discrete clients looking to list their Penthouse off-market. In keeping with the belief that every client’s needs are unique, she says, “the formula for success is being genuine and transparent” - the result is in making deals seem easy. Believing there is no substitute for client-centered service, her reputation is all about the time she spends with buyers and sellers.

Jennifer brings to the team, not only her creative background, but a thorough understanding PropTech. Work with Co-Living, Blockchain, Prefab, Sustainable Living and Net-Positive Homes round out her skill set. She has provided creative guidance for the largest real estate investment trusts (REITS) including Apollo Global Management, Brookfield Properties, Park Hotels & Resorts and KKR RE.

Outside of her real estate business, Jennifer loves to roam galleries in Chelsea, browse the aisles at the Strand, challenge her Peloton, or walk the High Line with her partner and their twin daughters. She is a member of the PTA at NEST+M, and a volunteer with Free Arts NYC and is a proponent of STEAM education. Jennifer would eventually like to create a community art center for at-risk children.
