Jennifer Keller

Jennifer Keller is a seasoned professional in the industry with almost two decades of experience. Since obtaining her license in 2006 and completing her Bachelor's in Business in 2010, she has been deeply immersed in shaping the landscape of our industry. In her current role as Director of Operations for Latter & Blum, she oversees a network of 1800 agents spanning Louisiana and the Gulf Coast of Mississippi, where her focus is on driving growth and fostering innovation. Being recognized as a 2023 and 2024 RISMedia Newsmaker is a testament to her contributions to the field. Beyond her operational responsibilities, she is actively engaged in various community and industry initiatives. This includes serving on the Board of Directors for her local association, chairing the State YPN, and previously holding positions such as past Marketing Chair for Women’s Council of Realtors and past VP of Membership for the American Society of Training and Development. In addition to her professional achievements, she has continued to invest in her education, graduating from the Louisiana Realtors Leadership Program and obtaining designations such as the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and At Home with Diversity (AHWD). Jennifer has also completed eight Ninja Installations and three Ninja Leadership certifications. With a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results, she is dedicated to forging lasting relationships with her clients and exceeding their expectations at every turn.
