About Jennifer
Moving to Boston after college for a career in biomedical research, I spent 11 years as a scientist, first at Brigham & Women’s Hospital researching Alzheimer's disease, and then at Genzyme Sanofi working on enzyme replacement therapies for rare genetic disorders. A career change unexpectedly led me to real estate, where my skills with analytical detail, planning and organization, and constant desire to improve systems, turned out to be an excellent complement to agents, thriving in the fast-paced environment.

Before becoming a Sales Manager to support our Boston office agents, I previously served as an Operations Manager for a Compass Boston agent, where I used my operations skills and years of experience in the customer service and hospitality industry to provide exceptional service to our clients to ensure a smooth real estate experience, while also building systems into place to help the agent grow his business.

I currently live in Belmont with my husband Aaron, where we spend most of our time chasing after our 2 girls, trying to find new places to take them to burn off all their energy! We're always in for a great playdate so feel free to connect if you have any plans or ideas! Of course I'm always down for an adult activity too, so happy to connect over coffee or cocktails as well.
