About Jennifer
Jennifer comes from Louisiana where she earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Louisiana State University. Prior to moving to Austin in 2009 and getting into real estate, Jennifer worked in accounting, customer service, and sales for several Fortune 500 companies. Early in her real estate career she had the opportunity to be mentored by some of the top producers in the Austin market. She was able to apply those experiences to her own real estate career and has successfully closed over $150M in real estate transactions along with her business partner, Lisa Matulis-Thomajan. On top of single family luxury real estate, Jennifer and Lisa specialize in development. They take pride in their achievements at 70 Rainey where together they led the sales team from 2015-2019 closing over 130 condos valued at over $130M. They set records in sales for the price per square foot in the historic Rainey Street district with numbers hitting over $1200/sf.

At the end of the day, Jennifer prides herself on her attention to detail and communication skills. These skills have been an essential part of her success in real estate. Jennifer is fully committed to her clients and continuing the relationship long after the transaction is complete.
