Hello! I'm Jennifer McCardell, a proud Southern California native with a deep love for everything San Diego has to offer. I made the move here for college from the foothills of La Crescenta and quickly found my home in the vibrant neighborhoods of SDSU, La Mesa, Pacific Beach, Rancho Bernardo, and Ramona. This journey has given me a rich understanding of the local areas, which I now serve with enthusiasm as a real estate agent. With experience spanning real estate, customer service, management, and education, my focus is on listening to your needs, clear communication, and exceeding expectations. I'm honored to serve as a Realtor Director on the Poway Real Estate Professionals Board, where I continue to grow and learn. My passion for education keeps me up-to-date on real estate trends, especially contracts and laws. I’m also certified as a Military Relocation Professional and have completed programs like At Home with Diversity and Accredited Buyer Representation, ensuring I can meet a wide array of client needs. In my free time, I cherish moments with family and friends, and I love spending time in the sun on beach days. Hiking, golfing, and playing pickleball are on my list of hobbies I’d like to make more time enjoy.
