Jennifer’s real estate journey began while still in high school, managing marketing for several top-producing agents in Sarasota, Florida—laying the foundation for a career that blends strategic communication with real estate mastery. Throughout college, she continued building her expertise in marketing management, ultimately earning a Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical and Professional Writing from the University of South Florida. Determined to master every facet of the industry, Jennifer gained experience in management with Coldwell Banker and real estate closings for a local attorney before becoming, at just 23 years old, the youngest new agent in the 22-year history of Michael Saunders & Company.

Over the past 27+ years, Jennifer has guided clients through every aspect of real estate—from buying and selling to portfolio development and corporate relocations. Her extensive background includes market analytics, contract negotiations, high-level client service, and strategic marketing, further strengthened by more than two decades of hands-on construction and home-building experience. This rare combination allows her to offer insight and advocacy that extend well beyond the transaction.

A lifelong student of her craft, Jennifer remains at the forefront of innovation, continually embracing emerging technologies, marketing strategies, and design trends. Her passion for visual storytelling is evident in her photography, social media, and website development, all of which she personally creates and manages. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is a proud mother of four—three baseball players and a law school student pursuing sports law—along with two beloved German Shepherds, Leia Bacca and Violet. When she’s not working with clients, she can often be found at the baseball field cheering her boys on, volunteering in her community, immersed in a great book, or enjoying down-time with her family.
