About Jennifer
Jennifer began working in the real estate industry in 2004, became a licensed Idaho salesperson in 2014, obtained her broker’s license in 2022, and has consistently helped her clients reach successful closings. Each real estate transaction is made up of smaller steps and processes that Jennifer works to make manageable and enjoyable for her clients. With an administrative background in transaction coordination and new construction, she is driven towards efficiency and guided by a commitment to giving her clients personal attention and providing a white-glove experience.
Whether helping buyers find a new home or an investment property, welcoming new residents to the Treasure Valley, or assisting sellers in navigating the sale of a house, she finds her work exciting and rewarding. Jennifer leans heavily on effective communication and administrative experience, along with a blue-collar work ethic, to ensure transactions are seamless for clients. She is honored to have been named a Boise Regional Realtor's Top Producer at the Bronze, Silver, and Gold levels.
Jennifer is married to her high-school sweetheart, Matt, and has two children. A proud Boise State alum, Jennifer is a Lyle Smith Society member and bleed-blue Bronco fan; and also serves as the Timberline High School Booster Club President. She calls Southeast Boise home, thinks it's pretty remarkable that she can walk along the Boise River Greenbelt throughout the year, and is guaranteed to have at least one home improvement project going at any given time.
