Jennifer Nelson

A fourth-generation real estate advisor, Jen's journey began in 2001 when she and her husband purchased their first home, followed by their first investment property the next year, marking the start of a lifelong passion for real estate. After returning to Phoenix in 2004, she and her husband founded a development company and went on to build and renovate residential and commercial projects throughout the Valley across multiple market cycles.

Jen’s career spans development, construction, commercial real estate, and large-scale institutional investing, giving her rare depth of market insight. While she worked extensively with major investor groups, her greatest fulfillment has always been in residential and investment real estate, where financial precision meets the personal meaning of home. A self-described “nerd for math and contracts,” Jen brings analytical expertise together with a genuine appreciation for the lives and stories behind every transaction.

Today, Jen serves on the Phoenix Association of REALTORS® Leadership Council and on the board of a real estate investment firm. She has been honored with Best of the Best, awards received Positivity Awards, and is consistently recognized among the Top 1% of Realtors in Arizona, reflecting her commitment to excellence and client-first service.

Jen is deeply engaged in her community through financial literacy education and volunteer work at her church. She leads a hand-selected team of exceptional women who deliver world-class service for every client, every time.

When she's not advising clients or leading industry initiatives, Jen can be found running races with fellow moms or cheering from the sidelines at her children’s sports.
