Jennifer Rausch

As a lifelong resident of Shaler Township, Jennifer Rausch has a passion for her community and its local real estate. For over a decade, Jen has been working in the City of Pittsburgh and its surrounding suburbs as a real estate agent with a drive to both advocate for and form deeper connections with those she represents. Jen prides herself on having great communication and negotiation skills that go much beyond a client’s standards. With the goal of educating and advising her clients, she ensures that through every transaction her clients feel well informed and trust that their needs are being met during such an important decision. Jen’s passion for the industry has led her to completing the requirement for a broker’s license, all while managing a high volume of sales each year. Using her experience representing both buyers and sellers, Jen is able to expertly market high-end listings and grow a strong network of clients and resources that have lead to her success today. When Jen isn’t out in the community assisting clients, she can be found spending time with her husband and son, whether enjoying local amusement parks like Kennywood or frequenting local favorites like Pamela’s, E Town, and Casey’s. Jen also serves on the PTO at her son’s school and the District Parents Council. In addition to the strong sense of community, Jen loves the Shaler Township area as well as the North Suburbs for it’s affordable housing pricing, close proximity to the City of Pittsburgh and the great school districts.
