"Jennifer was a pleasure to work with from the hunt, through to the closing. She always got back to me quickly, answering all my questions, no matter how many times the same question had been asked. She got me through the multitude of steps unscathed, and kept everyone involved on track and heading in the right direction with great results. She's a real pro."
"We met Jennifer at a walk-by open house and immediately knew she was who we wanted to work with in finding the right place for us. Jenn was/is extremely knowledgeable, diligent and pleasant to work with. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and showed us only properties that fit our criteria or exceeded it, all within our price range. Jenn was most helpful when going through the arduous task of assisting us with the Co-Op board application, and approval process. She was always prompt and courteous when returning phone calls, answering questions and moving us through the process quickly from offer to closing. It was a pleasure to work with Jenn!"
"Jennifer was a great help to us in finding our apartment. She was patient, accessible, knowledgeable and diligent. She really listened to what we wanted and worked hard for us. She was also pleasant to work with and a lot of fun. We would definitely recommend her and fully intend to use her services again when we need a broker"
"Jenn is very proactive and detail-oriented, and a consummate real estate professional. She has responded promptly to my inquiries and requests over the last few months, and is always pleasant and charming to work with. This listing was a challenge because the transaction is a sale on behalf of my father's estate. To complicate matters, I live out of state, and she prepared me for the intricasies of a sale of a New York City co-op. She assisted me in finding a local painter, a stager to work with the existing furnishings, and a phenomenal photographer. Her offers to help with any aspect have been invaluable and are greatly appreciated."
"Jennifer represented me in the sale of my co-op apartment. She was organized, professional and energetic through the whole proces--from listing my apartment and making a video tour through publicity and the eventual sale.
I am still working with Jennifer to find my new home.
