JENNIFER SEXTON: Jennifer is an Atlantic Beach resident, whom has called Jacksonville home since 1991. Growing up in a small suburb of Chicago, she traded in her snow boots for some flip-flops and loves the lifestyle that living in Jacksonville offers! From paddleboarding to boating, hiking in one of our state parks, or participating in one of the many outdoor events, our city is filled with so many activities and events making our quality of living second to none! One of her favorite things to do is to cheer on her husband who has been with the Jacksonville Jaguars since their inception and root for our home team!
Over the years she has seen a lot of positive changes as the city continues to grow. In the twenty+ years of working in the real estate industry, she has kept up with the fast pace of a hot market and have weathered through a market correction. WES MOCK: Wes has extensive local knowledge of the city of Jacksonville with an emphasis on the Beaches area. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Wes attended Bishop Kenny High School and went on to play soccer at the University of North Florida.

Wes shifted into building materials sales gaining valuable product knowledge while developing lasting relationships with some of the best architects and contractors in North East Florida. These relationships as well as an innate ability to see potential in a property, where others may not, fueled the launch of a successful real estate career.
After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering, Wes worked locally at an engineering firm specializing in land development. Through this experience, he received his first real taste of the housing industry. Designing planned communities and working with developers helped shape his desire to become more involved with residential sales.
