Jennine really went above and beyond to help us sell: she brought decorations from her own house to help us stage, was right there with us cleaning up a leak and called a plumber when the water heater sprang a leak on inspection day, and even helped get cost estimates for new flooring and counters. We sold our house after only 4 days on the market - with multiple offers at over asking price! I had purchased a home through Jennine recently and I have to say she was AMAZING. Not only does she make you feel absolutely comfortable with your decisions, but she also goes WAY beyond to help you out before, during, and after the purchase. She was extremely accommodating to my extensive travel schedule and very patient. What makes her stand out most is how much above and beyond she does for you even after you purchased your home: she provided a lock box for contractors to come in without me being there and found painters to provide quotes.
