Jenny Hardman

Jenny Hardman is a Charlotte native with deep roots in the community and a genuine passion for helping clients make smart, confident real estate decisions. She earned her degree in Real Estate from The Mingle Institute and later stepped away from sales to raise her daughter. During that time, she built a successful career in the insurance industry as a risk manager and owned and operated two well-known Charlotte businesses— Lulu’s Market in South End and Laurel Market in Eastover/Myers Park. That hands-on business experience shaped her people-first approach and deepened her connection to Charlotte’s most established neighborhoods. Jenny returned to real estate full-time in 2004 and has never looked back.

Real estate is truly in Jenny’s DNA. Generations of her family have built successful real estate careers in markets ranging from Raleigh to California and New York City. Jenny credits her career as a risk manager with sharpening the strategic thinking, attention to detail, and negotiation skills her clients rely on today. Known affectionately by friends and clients as “what you see is what you get,” Jenny is respected for her honest guidance, calm confidence, and ability to navigate complex transactions with ease. Her background in both real estate and insurance allows her to anticipate challenges and deliver thoughtful, solutions-driven service.

When she isn’t working with clients, Jenny enjoys being outdoors—hiking, biking, and supporting the active lifestyle that makes Charlotte such a special place to live. One of her most unique experiences includes serving as office manager for the U.S. Olympic Committee’s canoe-kayak team during preparations for the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. She also loves to cook, a passion she passed on to her daughter, a fine dining executive in Denver, Colorado. Jenny lives in the Park Road area and has successfully represented buyers and sellers throughout the greater Carolinas, spanning 14 counties across North and South Carolina.
