Jenny Manhard

Jenny grew up in a northern suburb of Chicago. She was born and raised there but decided to spread her wings and moved to California for college. She loved living there for 6.5 years but eventually decided that there is no place like home. Chicago is where her heart is. From Vernon Hills, to Roscoe Village, to the West Loop, she enjoys finding the perfect home for those looking in the Chicagoland area and beyond.

For many years, Jenny enjoyed working in customer service as a bartender in restaurants. To her, the guests were friends and family, not customers. Listening and getting to know their lives is something she truly enjoyed. A career in real estate seemed like a natural transition. She still gets to take care of people, but in a seemingly bigger way. Jenny now takes the skills of being able to connect with people while working in a fast-pace, high-stress environment and applies them to every day real estate life. That is what makes her stand out as an agent. She listens and cares about her clients wants and needs and makes the experience enjoyable by taking care of them every step of the way. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills paired with her knowledge of both the suburbs and city neighborhoods makes home-buying and selling an effortless experience.

She currently resides in the Lakeview/Roscoe Village area where her favorite thing to do is to explore the city by bike as it gives her a more intimate experience and understanding of individual Chicago neighborhoods.
