Jenny Morant

Born and raised in Santa Monica and now a proud long-time resident of Manhattan Beach (in the South Bay of LA), Jenny brings a deeply personal connection to real estate — representing the fourth generation of her family's involvement in the industry. Her great grandfather was a well-known real estate developer in Wisconsin, and her grandparents and parents were active real estate investors with holdings throughout Colorado (notably Telluride) and LA's most beloved beach communities, including Venice and Santa Monica.

As the founder and team leader of the Jenny Morant Group at Compass, Jenny has built a referral-driven boutique practice rooted in genuine relationships and exceptional service. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in residential sales, leasing, and investment properties throughout the Manhattan Beach and South Bay markets. Her clients span a wide range of backgrounds — from young professionals in finance, tech, sports, legal, and entertainment, to growing families and seasoned investors — and they return to her again and again because of her straightforward communication, honesty, market expertise, and ability to negotiate the best possible outcome.

Jenny is also actively involved in the private real estate investment space, giving her a uniquely well-rounded perspective that benefits her clients at every level of the market.

Outside of work, Jenny is deeply rooted in her community. She is a proud sponsor of the Manhattan Beach Education Foundation and stays closely connected to her alma mater, the University of Colorado at Boulder.
