Jeremiah Perry

As a proud lifelong Coloradan, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the unique charm and lifestyle our state offers. My passion for real estate began in high school and has grown ever since, culminating in the recent purchase of my first home in July 2025. Now, as a real estate agent with Compass Real Estate and part of the Apodaca Group, I’m excited to help others experience the same sense of pride and accomplishment that comes with homeownership. 

Before stepping into real estate, I built a career in sales, where I learned that my true strength lies in understanding people’s needs and guiding them through important decisions with care and integrity. Outside of real estate, I’m a husband and father of two amazing kids. Family is everything to me, and that’s exactly why I approach my work with dedication, empathy, and a long-term mindset.
