Jeremy Lee

As a third-generation San Francisco native, Jeremy is intimately familiar with San Francisco and the Bay Area on a block by block basis. Working full time in the real estate industry since 2011, Jeremy has been involved in the disposition of over $1.5 billion of investment and Owner-User commercial real estate.  

As an owner of investment real estate, and with experience working with both private capital and institutional investors, Jeremy is well versed in real estate investments of all sizes. Jeremy takes pride in not having a one-size-fits-all investment strategy. He maximizes value for his clients by bringing a bespoke service and leveraging his deep knowledge of the Bay Area real estate landscape, debt market, and asset management. From the agile deals of private investors to the complex portfolio acquisitions of institutional capital Jeremy has consistently been recognized for his tireless service in fulfilling client goals.

Jeremy graduated from the University of the Pacific with a B.A. in Political Science with minors in Pre-Law and Economics. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing, and cheering on the Golden State Warriors.
