About Jeremy

My path to real estate is rooted in the land. For years, I've worked with over a thousand clients through Nashville Foodscapes — a landscaping cooperative I co-founded — helping people connect their values, lifestyle visions, and budgets to something real and lasting. Whether designing an edible garden and orchard, a pollinator meadow, or a full homestead plan, that work taught me to listen carefully, think holistically, and help people see the potential in a piece of property that they might not see yet.

Alongside Nashville Foodscapes, I co-founded Compost Nashville, a citywide food waste composting service, which has diverted millions of pounds of organic material from landfills and helped build a cleaner city. Both businesses reflect my commitment to creating a better world for all, human and beyond. That entrepreneurial experience — building systems, serving clients, and thinking long-term — is exactly what I bring to every real estate transaction.

I view homes and land not just as assets, but as living systems within a web of relationships. I know what it takes to develop land & homes with intention, and I know how to help buyers and sellers think beyond the transaction to the life they're trying to build. I'm a Nashville native who cares deeply about this region and its future. If it seems we may be good fit, please reach out. I'd love to chat!
