About Jeremy

Jeremy is a Maui born and raised third-generation REALTOR. Licensed in 2006 and a Broker since 2011, Jeremy has represented hundreds of clients with over $300M in Maui Real Estate Sales. His clients include those with whom he grew up in Maui, who purchased and sold their first homes to high-net-worth individuals, enacting multi-million dollar transactions. The Stice Ohana built their dream home in the esteemed West Maui community of Kaanapali Coffee Farms in 2018 and is very familiar with the intricacies of high-end real estate ownership.

Jeremy has an intimate knowledge of his island home, living in every geographic region of the island and providing solid representation with buyers and sellers in each area. His integrity, “white-glove” service, expertise, reputation, and commitment to fiduciary representation is unparalleled. Since 2013, Jeremy has also been the Director of the Stice Team Gather Vacations team, which currently represents 30+ assets in Maui with a combined current market value of over $100M. When Jeremy was 10 years old, a self-proclaimed "Jeremy Jordan", he "had" to have a basketball court in his front yard. The Stice Family had one acre of a ti-leaf farm, so Jeremy picked them at 10 cents per piece, earning $5,000 that summer to build his basketball court. He went on to start his own landscaping/property improvement business in his teens and has been working diligently and intelligently his entire life.

Jeremy lives happily in Kaanapali with his wife and vacation rental business partner, Megan Stice, and is the proud father of their daughter, Kiera, and son, Keanu. The Stice’s hope that maybe one day one or both of their children will choose to continue this success. Jeremy has a wonderful 'ohana and is honored to have the privilege to serve and give back to many 'ohana throughout Maui.

Jeremy is a member of the Maui Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee, which is the forefront advocacy group for home ownership and real estate industry affairs. He also serves as the Board President of the Maui Vacation Rental Association.

The Stice 'Ohana are active contributing members of the Maui community through their involvement with the Hawai'i Community Foundation, the Hawai'i Life Charitable Fund, Maui Prep, Maui Food Bank, the Salvation Army, and Hawai'i Island Land Trust. Jeremy is a Seabury Hall '01 alumnus, having studied Marketing & Entrepreneurship at Babson College, Wellesley MA. He has earned the following accredited designations from the National Association of REALTORS: Sellers Representative Specialist, E-pro, Resort& International Property Specialist, & Accredited Buyers Representative.

When not grinding, Jeremy loves spending time with his family. He is an avid SUP surfer and mountain bike enthusiast and loves working in the yard. He is a dedicated family man who cares greatly for his 'ohana, his extended Maui 'ohana, and their precious island home.
