Since beginning his real estate career in 1993, Jerry has been consistently recognized as one of the top 5% sales agents in the Bay Area, and was the top agent by volume across all offices in Referral Realty from 2006-2017.
In 2002, Jerry established a satellite branch for his firm in San Francisco where he continued to sustain or exceed the same level of production including and throughout the worst market downturn in recent history during the 2008-2012 recession.
Jerry takes pride in providing exemplary service to his clients in buying and selling luxury homes, condominiums, TICs, and multi-residential buildings. He accomplishes this via knowledge, skill and intensive high impact marketing strategies with a single focused goal of bringing added value and exceeding their expectations.
His passion for real estate marketing and sales over the last 25 years emerged from facilitating land developments, new construction and subdivisions throughout the bay area, owning and operating multi-residential properties as well restoring and improving distressed homes here in San Francisco.
Prior to his real estate career, Jerry was employed by Lockheed Missiles and Space Company where he honed his contract and negotiation skills as a finance and proposal leader working with both government and commercial customers. He holds a B.S. from San Jose State University in Business Administration (Marketing) and a Minor in Advertising. As a scholar athlete at SJSU, he was a college Judo All-American and represented the university both nationally and internationally in Judo competition.
Jerry has lived in the Bay Area his entire life as his parents both had distinguished careers in SF since the 1960ās. He attended Junipero Serra High School and currently resides here in San Francisco with his wife and daughter who attends Convent of the Sacred Heart School in Pacific Heights. He and his family are very active in the community including volunteer/co-chair work with The Edgewood Center for Children and Families, American Red Cross (SF Chapter), SF Symphony and the Scholarship fund for Schools of the Sacred Heart.
