Jerry Hsieh

Jerry Hsieh is an award-winning real estate agent who has been licensed and selling Los Angeles real estate since 2005 - selling over 400 homes and $450 Million in real estate over the course of his career. Originally from Houston, Texas, he is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with an Electrical Engineering Degree. He and his wife Rachel have been co-owners of the company since 2009, and married in 2011. In Real Estate, Jerry & Rachel’s proudest career accomplishment are the relationships they’ve made with life-long clients. Helping over 400 clients find their way home, they built their company on the belief that "Real Estate is not about homes, It's about Relationships.” There is no one-stop blanket recipe for your success. Each client and each sale is unique, and requires utmost care and attention. Their priority is listening to the client first before talking or offering any advice. Because they have 17+ years experience in up and down markets, they know the strategies needed to succeed - even in this current fast-changing market.

Today, Jerry & Rachel support their agents in continuing the unwavering standard that the company has always been known for. Their agents are local experts and active in the community. Jerry meets regularly with the team to keep everyone up-to-date on the latest Los Angeles housing trends & marketing techniques.

Jerry & Rachel live with their 2 children in the Los Feliz Hills (The family loves living right by the hiking trails at Griffith Park!). Jerry also actively invests in real estate and has owned property in Picfair Village, Koreatown, View Park, Los Feliz, Inglewood, and Larchmont Village. The investment mindset came from Jerry’s Father, who was a realtor for over 25 years in Texas.

As a side passion, Jerry has extensive construction experience and has project managed ground-up remodels. From construction to staging, Jerry happily helps clients improve their home for sale - offering his designs and project management when needed to help the client. He enjoys design greatly, so getting the chance to work with clients in the home pre-listing beautification process turns out to be a double-happiness blessing for both Jerry and the client.

Jerry and Rachel are blessed to be ongoing supporters of several charities around Los Angeles. As part of their “HometownLove LA” Initiative, they donate $250 to charity for every listing they sell.
